You of course realize that that is exactly what you're doing too, you've just judged him innocent (because your guild leader allegedly was) whereas I judged him guilty (because pretty much everyone I've ever seen complain have been).

I have to say, I know enough people who have had perma-bans reversed (and one person TWICE reversed for 2 separate "infringments") to know that Anet's ban system is /fail. I'm still awaiting my double perma-ban for transferring my kuunavang from my one account to my other.

My advice is to always speak to the other person in whispers when giving them something, even if it's a guildie or ally, since Anet doesn't seem to understand checking guild and alliance chat.

@ Numa. Anet's initial judgments in the past have been shown to be wrong far too many times to assume that any bans are actually legitimate anymore. Forcing Anet to chase logs (ie. look at evidence they already have) by complaining about a ban via a ticket is retarded. They should be looking at the evidence before they ban.

But then the "It doesn't exist, oh no, not at all" ban bot would need to be far more sophisticated than it currently is.

I want to discuss about AN policy! If they think that once they have our money for the game so they can make every single stupidity they want - they're SO WRONG!

I want other people to know, that when buying GW you could loose your account because some retarded worker of AN decides to perma ban it due to "suspicious" transactions when giving your guildie some gold!

There's been some, but as we'll never know the truth we can only play the odds. I'm betting that the percentage of erroneous bans is much less than 1% of all bans.

In a civilized world there must be a proof someone is guilty to judge him. Judging someone as guilty because he didn't show a proof of innocence... well, we saw that in III Reich already. And I really don't want to see it again. Go and learn how to use your brain.

Fact of the matter is that the only ones who know the truth are:

2) NCSoft support.

Anet bans people innocent or guilty. They do what they want, we bend over and submit because no one is gonna get everyone to quit.

Oh and Numa these threads are made to bash Anet and tell them how bad they are and how they should just give up and stop and go away and never come back and how everyone else should follow the quitters and etc etc.

I've been playing since the week after release of Prophecies, and I've never been banned. None of my friends have ever been banned. And I frequently give away stuff and gold. I do not, however, cheat, shout crap in the ALL channel, or buy gold.

So Anet haven't proved in this thread he is guilty - nor has he provided evidence saying he is innocent, and that we should be sympathetic; so just quit all the ass kissing +1s.
